All of our work comes with our guarantee which ranges from 12 months to 10 years, depending on the services we provide.

Our voluntary Charter requires us to aspire to the following:

In the unlikely event of any dispute involving price or workmanship, "The Garden Doctor" shall agree to have their work inspected by any independent person or persons who are satisfactorily qualified in Landscaping or Horticulture relevant to the activity that has been carried out.
We shall pay for the recycling of all green and most other waste generated by our business activities. Except for brown bin use which goes to the same recycling facility.
You can be assured that we have the necessary gardening and landscaping skills and experience to meet your requirements.
We will continuously seek improvement in all aspects of our business and in the training and development of our staff.
Clients details shall be stored and accessed by our office only and no information shall be passed on to third parties or shared in any way.
